The goal of the Hutchinson Community College football strength and conditioning program is to develop strong and explosive athletes to help enhance performance on the field and propel them to the next level. Additionally, while at HCC, student-athletes will improve their speed, agility and quickness. The speed, agility and quickness program, like the strength program, is designed to enhance performance on the football field. At Hutchinson Community College, we understand the importance of athletic enhancement through strength and conditioning. We will stay on the cutting edge of strength and conditioning programming to provide the best opportunities for our student athletes. A benefit of the strength and conditioning program is the one-on-one instruction that each athlete will receive. The football athletes will receive constant feedback to ensure maximum effort on each exercise, which will result in significant strength gains. |
