Residence Halls

The HCC Residence Halls provide a home away from home for approximately 420 students in two co-ed dormitories, Elland Hall and Kent Hall. Kent Hall has traditional dorm rooms which house two residents with a community bathroom on each wing floor. Elland Hall has traditional dorm rooms as well as suites which house four student in two separate rooms connected by a bathroom.

Most traditional rooms measure 13’ x 13 ½’ and come with window blinds, beds, closets, drawers, desks and chairs. Each room comes with one local phone service line, two ports of hi-speed internet access and one expanded basic cable television hook-up.

Floor lobbies resemble living rooms with televisions, PlayStation IIs and comfortable furniture. Each residence hall has computer facilities as well as recreation areas with pool and ping pong.
